Wellness Walkers Program

Wellness Walkers is an ongoing walking program that encourages people with a chronic illness and/or cancer diagnosis to walk in a supportive atmosphere. A regular walking schedule can help prevent illness and some cancers from developing, and also improve your overall health. We meet every Saturday morning at Walla Walla Park (at 8 a.m. through the summer) and walk for about an hour. Friends and family are invited to join us and there is no pressure to attend regularly or to walk past your own individual limit.

Yoga Classes

Guided class of easy, gentle beginner yoga poses and meditative relaxation designed for breast cancer patients, people living with illness, and caregivers. Classes are not dependent upon each another, so please feel free to join at any time. Please consult with your physician if you are currently undergoing treatment. Classes meet each Monday afternoon at 5:30 p.m. Please call for location.
